IB proponent Lorrie J. Carey elected as your state representative

The voters of Merrimack 26 now have has their state representative Lorrie Carey. This does not bode well for parents and students in the Merrimack Valley Schools.

In her bio, she states that she is a former selectwoman and a current school board representative on the MV regional school board for Loudon, Boscawen, Salisbury, Webster, and Penacook. She is a resident of Boscawen.

But what she does not mention is that she was instrumental in bringing to MV the Hitlerian IB program, a foreign fad learning program which is soft on academics and requires that children show and be checked every two weeks for their allegiance to socialist UNESCO values.

When warned about the program in 2009 by teachers and concerned parents, she did everything she could to dodge answering questions about the value added of the program and made sure the public was kept in the dark until the program could be implemented.

We wonder if parents will remember Ms Carey when their children fail math and reading and the MV schools remain in “need of improvement” status with the state.
